How long will my order take:

All orders are packed and shipped by one tiny frog. Generally, orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within one week of being received. Some high demand items may take 2-4 weeks.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and World Wide.

✿ United Kingdom and European Union
If you are ordering from pogpals.com and are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, there is a chance you will be charged duties/fees upon delivery (VAT Fees). There is also a risk that your orders could be held at customs, and this is something that I have no control over. Pogpals is not accountable for any fees incurred upon delivery, so please contact your country’s customs office for more information.

Once your order has been prepared you will receive an email notice when it ships out. United States domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-7 days. International shipping times vary but usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.
